11-11-13 DB's Dailies: Kainoa,Kaiwi&Mojo@I, Irma@HB, Kermit@WSK, Ewa Girl@RR, Kaikaina@TB

At 0703 I found Kainoa (RN04) snoozin’ at Right Middle Cliff on Rabbit Island. When I panned to the right I found what would prove to be Mojo (RI17) just hauling out, and moving up into the Morning Glory, behind Seal Rock Inlet.

　

At 0748 Kaiwi (RK96) hauled out to join her little buddy Kainoa at RMC.

　

Hanauma Bay posse member Martha called at 1148 with a vague account from a visitor who was said to have seen a swimming seal in the "keyhole" area at HB and an unspecified time. At 1229 Martha called again , this time to advise of an animal newly hauled out to the east end of the beach at HB. When I arrived at 1239 I found Irma (R010) waiting for me. We cordoned her off and she remains there in snooze mode at closing time. Though Irma did a drive through at HB on  11-6-13, her last haul out came on 5-28-13.

　

Team Billand called at 0737 with the report of Kermit (R012) foraging off shore of Wind Sock. At 0752 they reported that Kermit had hauled out to WSK. He would depart at 1755.

　

At 1037 they reported a foraging animal off shore of the the outfall at Campbell Industrial Park. As of this writing the animal continues to forage. This was yesterday’s Rocky location but ???????

　

The Billands called again at 1200 to advise that Eileen had called to report Ewa Girl(RS00) at the Reef Runway.

　

Karen Turner email advised that she had found Kaikaina (RL54) at the elbow, Turtle Bay at 1108.

Irma staying close to home near papa... lol - sorry DB but when there is a mystery and it ends up being Irma i can't help but feel she just likes being around you and these parts....
