Team Billand called with the report of RO28 once again at her favorite spot at Maili Point. Their next call came at 1050 with the report of 2AW at Makaha Beach.
Next came the Billand call at 1151 reporting Kermit at Wind Sock, and Irma just hauling down the beach near the bunker (so near and yet so far.....again).
Dera called at 1034 with the report of an animal at Police Beach, on the North Shore. Joanne Pettigrew provided photos of her find, which proved to be T15M , Sharkbite. Dera called again at 1204 with the report of an animal to the Waikiki side of the showers at Diamond Head. Colleen confirmed the Rocky ID.
I got a call from Ocean Safety (the Lifeguards) at 1308 reporting an animal with a V25 bleach at Yokes, at the end of the road on the Westside. Team Billand responded and confirmed that is was our ol' friend R018, sporting his new tags, 6FA/B which he got when he got his cell tag on Kauai on 7-1-10. The transmitter is history, but the tags and bleach remain. Lesley was on the west side and checked out 2AW and 6FA also.
Posse member Karen Bryan called from MCBH at 1551 to report Right Spot at North Beach on the Marine Base. Apparently, she was also there yesterday. Nobody was notified.
The Billands are workin' late. Check da' blog in the morning for shots.
