These medical waste items were found late afternoon yesterday while we searched for Monk Seals. We started our search when we came across a syringe and found more. This found at Maipalaoa Rd. the beach just across the street where many surfers go. It is a filthy mess here, LOTS OF DEBRI to go through, one syringe had a long needle still attached. Oh people, please be careful, watch your step out there too. The officials are saying, if you find medical waste, do call waste management at 668 2985.
