It was so hot out here today - I spent the late afternoon between the hammock and dips in the ocean
The girls and I went out to do Monitoring and Outreach and did quite a bit.
In the seal world we had RN58 "Luana" here in front for mos of the day. She may have because of 2 leg ones getting to close to her vide foot prints near her wallow.
RG28 "Lefty" was back at the little beach where he started his molt. Perhaps after regaining his energy he'll go back home to visit Aunty Val
RL12 "Aukai" was our surprise of the day. She was hauled out at Back Beach. She's a beautiful seal and has a new coat to show off
R330 "Squinty" was hauled out where I saw RO40 "Ka'ena" and day after TL20 "Kalua" this week. Sometimes I wonder is it the smell of other seals that makes them haul out in the exact same spot.
Natures landscaping at Main Beach is on going. Corals have been washed from side to side, Main Pool has fresh water, coming in with big sets. More tomorrow
