The day began at 0609 with Irma at Irma's. She would remain there all day. I'll be returning at dusk to reassess.

Next , at 0632 , I found Right Spot and Benny close together on the main beach, at Sandy Beach . They would remain there all day, departing at 1546. Diane Gabriel saved the day by readjusting the cordon a couple of times at mid day. Thank you..............very much !

The Rabbit Island cast for today would be RIP, Mojo, and Buster at the left end and M&M at 2BS. All would remain there all day, though RIP would relocated to the right end of the beach.

At 0950 a DOCARE Incident began when I arrived at Makai Research Pier to find a white, one-man, outrigger canoe hauled out 50 ft. right of 1BS. On a pan I would find a male justs walking out the left end rock flats. He would venture up into the grassy areas to shoot photos and when he came back down to the beach, continued shooting both Buster and Mojo and then moved to 2BS to shoot M&M. I called DOCARE at 0951, of course, and the guy was met and cited by DOCARE Officer Jason Lee at Kaupo Beach Park at 1127 .
