7/7/2018 Yesterday's News

As I mentioned last evening I was turning in early so here is Melody's Update from Friday 7/6/2018.

Melody went to visit the cousins, and upon arrival they were both just lying next to each other nose to nose. They didn't move much for a long time except to stretch their hind flippers. RK40 Napua was closer to the waters edge got wet and she was ready to move up. But that would require moving cousin Puna out of the way. They both started moving around the beach and for some reason Napua RK40 headed right for RK88 Puna's stick, and he wasn't happy about it. She played with the stick for a while and he played with a coconut husk as an alternative. After playing and more snoozing it looked like they were going to go into the water, Not so, Napua RK40 went into the water and was out foraging for food. Puna RK88 moved back up the beach and started snoozing again. 
Both weaners were called into the hotline.
