HMMA Update from September 25th

At 0515 a report came in about a seal at Paradise Cove. Barbara ID'ed Pohaku (RO28). Warren responded. Steve checked in at 0721 with a report of Rocky (RH58) at Kaimana Beach. Steve noted Rock had overnighted. Rocky eventually departed. At 0730 Brittany checked in with a report of Kaiwi (RK96) departing from the Outrigger Canoe Club. Kaiwi would return at 1238. Gina responded. At 0807 a report came in about a seal believed to be Lei Ola (RH48) at the Keiki Pool. Karen T. later responded and confirmed the Lei Ola ID at 1125 . At 1330 Melanie reported RW22 (Kolohe) at Lanai Lookout. At 1333 a report came in about a seal at Diamond Head Beach. Brittany ID'ed Rocky (RH58). At 1845 Colleen checked in to report Rocky hauled out back at Kaimana Beach where she would remain for the evening.

 Karen T. checked in via email from Turtle Bay. At 0935 Karen found Lei Ola (RH48) asleep on the beach on the east side of the Keiki Pool. Lei Ola remained there until Karen left at 1515.
