8/25/2015 DB's Dailies: Aukai,Nani&UU@RI, Kolohe@Toilet Bowl, Kaiwi@China Walls, Pohaku@Nanakuli, Holokai@Turtle Bay,

At 0652 I found a 15% molted Aukai (RL12), 40 ft left of 1BS, Nani (RK60) at 3BS, and what would remain an U/U barely visible behind the water front rocks of Rocky Right Beach on Rabbit Island. That would be the RI cast for today.

 At 0852 Hanauma Bay posse members Martha & Jaime called to advise that Hanauma Bay security posse member Bautista, had reported an animal at Toilet Bowl. When I got down there at 0920 I found Kolohe (RW22) snoozin’ on the rock shelf on the east side of TBL. ID was by his partial W22 tag.

 At 1137 Gayle called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96), once again hangin’ out at her China Walls home.

 At 0650 Team Billand called with the report of a 10% molted Pohaku (RO28) at Nanakuli. They reported her departure at 0929, but then called again at 0935, with the report of her hauling out again just down the beach at Depots, Nanakuli. Mahalos to Deb, Chrissy & Kelly for the help. People and dogs continue to be a problem.

 At 1043 the Billands advised that they had been shown a photo of what they believed to be Kimo Kai , also in Nanakuli. On a later beach check, they did not find anybody, so ?????
