1/2/2015 DB's Dailies: Buster&Kainoa@RI, Rocky@SC,Pohaku@PC, Haupu&RIP@WP

On my first look at Rabbit Island at 0719 I found what would prove to be a 2% molted, Buster (RV08), and Kainoa (RN04) at the log, in the Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS. Strong SW winds, along with rain, made RI observations totally unfun.

 Gayle called at 0854 with the report of what she believed to be Rocky, foraging at Spittng Cave. Her photos confirmed the Rocky (RH58) ID.

 At 0608 Team Billand called with the report of Pohaku (RO28) at Paradise Cove.

 At 1200 they reported Haupu (RB24) at the fence line, White Plains.

 At 1251 they advised that RIP (RR70) had hauled out to join Haupu, within the existing SPZ.

 There was no word on Benny’s status, that I am aware of today.
