Rip's tag is working just fine and, no surprise, he is at Rabbit Island. Though he has only phoned in once so maybe he isn't there anymore. Right now I will rely on DB's reports. Rip stays very close to shore and his diving is usually less than 150 ft deep?
I think that Kermit may be back around the island. His tag has been off the air for a while but I got a call this morning. Just waiting for the computers in Scotland to process the data. According to the info I got, the call came through a cell tower down near white plains. Billands, you guys see anything? (DB in all fairness the iCharles did call this.... I received this email at 1:00 in the afternoon. So its close, the ideal would be to know the day before to look... but the technology didn't fail... and as always neither did the Billands.!!! Very cool stuff..)
Here is the latest on the Kauai male, his data came in from his transit back to Kauai. Someone had mentioned if it was similar path. It isn't very close. He stayed quite a bit more south than his trip from Kauai to Oahu. This one was very similar to Kermit's travels.
Last is all the tracks for all the seals to date. You can't make out a lot of details but you can see that the animals cover a lot of coastal and near shore areas.
That is all I have for now.
Cheers,
Charles

That was me that was comparing the iKauai travels... but was looking at the June 14 and June 30 trips. Those two looked very close. I agree with you on this one... it's not similar to the other two.
