When I got back to Makai Pier at 0920 I found Sam getting worked by the rising tide, at the right end of the Middle Cliff (RMC). The tide would force his relocation to 40 ft left of 1BS, where he remained the rest of the day.
Team Billand's only find of the day was ol' dude 4DJ at Iroquois Point. His last Oahu sighting had been at Ka'ena Pt., on 6-27-10. Since then he'd been seen on Molokai on 7-6-10.
Tracy sent the Sam shots from tagging day on 7-14-10, and a shot of Rocky's boy, RT12, on Kauai. Cute da' kids !!
Posse member Rachel confirmed at 1054 that Rocky was still at the Diamond Head showers, and had overnighted within yesterday's signs, with only minor modification. Rachel checked in again at 1657 to advise that though Rocky had departed, and she had picked up the signs, however, just as she was starting back for Colleen's house, Rocky hauled out again a bit more east of this morning's location at DH. Rachel put up the signs again, and it looked like Rocky was set for the evening.
This was D#20 for R5AY&P at Turtle Bay.
