7/21/2010 DB Dailies

On my first look at Rabbit Island at 0640 I found Duke just hauling out and galumphing up and into the grass at the right end of the beach. He would later move down to cool off and remained at that location all day.

When I got back to Makai Pier at 0914 I found Sam on the beach, 40 ft left of 1BS . He would do a mid day swim and again haul out to the sam location at 1414.

At 0930 Buster hauled out to a position near Sam, however there was never any observed interaction. Buster would remain there all day.

Team Billand reported Kermit at Wind Sock, Kalaeloa Beach at 0640. He would be gone when they rechecked in the afternoon.

At 0900 Team Billand found Benny at Maili Point. He would be gone on their 1600 check.

The Billands responded to a Dera call about an animal at Makaha, and founds lots of people who saw it, but found no animal.

Rachel called from Diamond Head to advise that Rocky had overnighted, and departed at 0930. She would return to Diamond Head at 1302. Rachel was a busy girl.

This was D#22 for R5AY&Pup at Turtle Bay. I've attached more of the photo that the Billands took on yesterday's trip. They had lots of killer shots.
