7/4/2010 DB Dailies

The 4th of July Rabbit Island cast began with Ewa Girl and Sam (D#40) on the first of the 2 observed swims for the day. I would also see 3 feeds. They remained at the left end of the island all day.

Also at 0630 I found Sadie up in the Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS. When I got back to Makai Pier at 0924 she began moving down and was met by Buster who was galumphing over from his location 60 ft left of 1BS. They would enter the water together at 0936. Sadie would haul out later in the day to the far right end of the beach.

Buster was in cruiser mode today, hauling out at 1BS, twice, and later to 3BS.

At 1344 M38 would appear to galumph down to join Sadie for a while. He would tire of that and return to the water only to haul out to 3BS, where Buster was minding his own business. A brief spat developed. After a suitable delay, Buster would do the slow, macho roll to the water, and depart. After several minutes M38 would enter the water also.

On my 0806 Spitting Cave check I found Kolohe doing 5 minute dives.

At 0918 Team Billand found Makaiwi at Oneula Place, in Ewa Beach.
