It was not until my second look at Rabbit Island that I found a critter. At 0859 Buster hauled out 80 ft left of 1BS. He would be joined there by Sam later on at 1019. Though Buster acknowledged his arrival, there was never any observed interaction. They both remained there all day.
On a pan at 0905 I found Kolohe on the water front rocks at the far right end , at Rocky Right Beach (RRB). He would move up with the rising tide, and remained there all day.
On a pan at 1122 I found Duke, newly hauled out, 100 ft right of 3BS. He would remain there all day.
Team Billand reported Kermit at LG tower #1 at White Plains. This is more or less where he got his transmitter, so I was hoping he was over that spot. Apparently, Kermit has a short memory. The Billands were frustrated with all the idiots who don't seem to care about the cordon.
At 1008 the Billands found 4DJ at Iroquois Point.
Rachel called at 1050 to report Rocky to the right of the showers at Diamond Head. Rachel will finally get a little relief. Rocky and I are both stoked to see that Colleen has returned, from her mainland adventure. Colleen called in the afternoon to confirm that Rocky was still there.
This was D#23 for R5AY & Pup at Turtle Bay.
