Morning rain, and horrible visibility made Rabbit Island observations a challenge. It was not until 0939 that I could finally find Sam swimming off shore of 1BS. When I got back to Makai Pier at 1030, I found that Sam was now up in the Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS, and Buster was at mid beach directly below him. They would hang together all day. They did a swim/play session from 1100 until 1232, and hauled out together. Sam would reenter the water by himself at 1402, while Buster remained in snooze mode on the beach.
At 0709 Team Billand found Kermit at Wind Sock, Kalaeloa Beach . He remained there until 1820.
At 0736 they found Makaiwi (4DF) fronting #1806, at Nimitz Cottages. She would depart at 1430. Thanks to all who pulled Makaiwi and Kermit duty today.
Dera called at 1005 with the report of Rocky at the showers at Diamond Head. She is 100% molted.
Marilyn, Eva & Maile did the KP trek today and had a "Special K" kinda' day, with Ka'ena,Kerby&Kiko at the end of the world.
