7/14/2010 Rocky FINALLY Goes Home!

Okay now everything is right in monk seal world.... Rocky has made her way back home to Colleen... and it's been a long time.  Let's hope she sticks close to home so we can make sure she stays safe.

Finally safe back home to get some rest, away from the crowds at White Plains and males pestering her and fighting over her. Stay put Rocky!

Hey, Diane, I wanted to tell you ROcky stayed over night at the Cottages at the plains. She slept higher up where we were talking that late afternoon with CURTIS! Yep, and some jerk used a water hose to wet her down. Yep, and then rocky grumbled and they got the hint, no do that to a seal, stupid. She is molting fast, good. Glad she is back with colleen...we loved observing her daily since May 21, when she arrived back here at the Plains with 4DF. Rocky is one tuff tita and we wish her well. Thanks Diane for helping us old guys out that day in the SWQ. Wasnt that FUN?????
