Although it was a fairly slow seal day, there was no shortage of things to see out on the beaches today.

The waves were off the charts on the west side, powerful and dangerous. That didn't stop people from taking advantage of the surf, just they had to watch out for all the debris.

At one of the west side location they spotted a seal foraging. The seal tried to land but the waves wouldn't allow it. They were able to ID Lefty RG28.

They also saw R604 on the rocks inland. She was battling to hang on and wedged herself in between the rocks. (smart seal!) She was amazing and one strong lady seal.

Over at the cliffs they saw a pod of dolphins. Only dolphins would be taking advantage and play in the crazy surf. Team R&B was only to capture one dolphin jumping in the rough surf.

The last seal of the day was RM31 Kai. He was so well hidden, and the little bugga did not cooperate. He never moved, he was probably tired from fighting the surf.
