Team R&B got word last evening of a seal at Nimitz. So first thing this morning they decided to check their luck and go to the site. When they arrived there were a bunch of folks checking out the seal on shore. They ID'd RH92 Nalani, who is looking good, no new injuries or hooks seen. They called the hotline and made a "stick" parameter and crossed their fingers people would be respectful. (one can hope)
Their next stop at Kahe they spotted two seals from afar. They headed over and found Nalu R3CX and RL20 Kalua on the rocks. Team R&B hung out for a while. There were some guys that went over to the seals, but once they perked up they guys left.
At another west side location they found Lefty RG28 who was alone on lower rocks. It's been awhile since they had spent time watching over him.
Way over to the right was the lovely R604. She gently slid into a shallow pond and was hidden away.
