10/26/2022 Wednesday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Marilyn and Team R&B💕

Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 11:40 to 1:45 and by the end of her observations there were two seals.
At SRI was weaner RQ44 Mahina. She was ID'd by her weaner size, light female belly and N1 applied bleach. Marilyn could see at least two of her three rear flipper tags.

At 12:23, Marilyn became aware of a seal hauling out among the
waterfront rocks near the 3BS. Marilyn is reporting the seal as an Unknown Subadult U/S: subadult size, new coat, light gray belly (probably male, but Marilyn could not be sure). There may be a small line scar on the upper right chest. She did not see any tags.

Team R&B started at a west side location and found RG32 in the company of the lovely flirty RH76 Kala. She was checking him out, he might be close to molting. She must know he won't be able to bother her. Seems like the female is control now.
They went back later in the day and found RL20 now resting on the rocks. His head was in the water and he was blowing bubbles.  (got to love it)
Kala RH76 and RG32 were still there.

Next stop they found RP30 Puka. He was alone hanging out in peace.  There were lots of dolphins and Team R&B got a couple of good shots.
In the area it looks like they were filming wither a movie or television series.

Their last find was Puka's brother RM31 Kai. He was on the rocks snoozing alone. They saw his head so they went down to check him out. He wouldn't move to give them a tag shot, but that's nothing new.
