Also at 0740 I found an animal behind Seal Rock Inlet at the right end of RI. It would take some time but it would prove to be RM38.
Marilyn was back from DC and out on the job this morning, but unfortunately found nobody. Gayle came along right behind her, after being released from “the mine”, and reported Kaiwi (RK96) at Buster Flats, Lanai Lookout, at 1218.
At 0928 the Billands reported Nihoa (R912) at the Maipalaoa Canal.
Team Billand checked in at 1607 with the report of BG (R303) once again at Maili Guard Rails.
In the Yesterday’s News department, Ken Tingman sent shots from his 5-2-15 to The End of the World. He found Ka’ena (RO40), Kolohe (RW22), R330 & RW02 at Ka’ena Point. Thank you Ken !
Our 1st born son, RIP (the original Rabbit Island Pup), is 12 years old today. They grow up soooooo fast !!! You’ll be seein’ lots of cakes this month, with 7 birthdays. kind of funny Rip is still rabbit island pup... perhaps we should add a mr. or sir in front of it .... :-)
I’m sending the dailies off a little early tonight so check the blog for the Billand’s day.
