5/5/2015 DB's Dailies: Sadie&PO2@RI, Kea@BH, Benny@Makaha, Nihoa@Maili, RT12@GR

My first find of the day came at 0833, when I peered over the edge into the cove on the SB side of Blowhole . He had not been there on my previous morning visits, but there was Kea (RN46), snoozin’ . Gayle called to say that he was still there at noon, I he remained on my 1400 recheck. 

Rabbit Island had been Monk Seal free on my 0658 check, however , when I got back to Makai Pier at 0913, Sadie&PO2 (RB12)(D#20), were doing a feed, followed by a snooze. They would reenter the water for another session at 1050, hauling out again at 1225 for another feed and snooze.

 At 0710 Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) at the Makaha Surfside Condos. According to Laura McKenna & her photos, Benny had arrive lasts evening. Thanks to Debbie for the find last night. Benny departed at 1200.

 At 0812 the Billands found Nihoa (R912) at Nanakai Beach, Maili.

 At 0829 they found RT12 at Maili Guard Rails, and reported him gone at 1300, however, another TB call at 1456 advised that they had found RT12 again at GR, but in a different location.
