At 0822 Gayle called with the report of an animal at Spitting Cave that she would ultimately identify as Buster (RV08). As he has the last 5 days, he is just all over the place, making it difficult to get an ID.

At 0917 I found Kaiwi (RK95) on the left side of Seal Rock Inlet on Rabbit Island. She would remain all day.

At 1338 Ocean Safety reported an animal just hauling out to Sandy Beach. When I arrived at 1344 I found Buster (RV08) on the beach, fronting the Pipe Littles break. He departed at 1806.

Lesley called at 1004 to report that she, Karen & Diane had found Kaikaina (RL54) today at the elbow beach, Turtle Bay.

The Billands advised that they were skunked today.
