Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th to all of you and your families.... let's hope we all stay safe and our seals get through the last day of this holiday weekend without incident.  
Seems the 4th of the July is not a good holiday for the blog lady.... was doing some yard work and twisted my ankle... went for an x-ray and thank god just a sprained ankle.... it was last year today that I had a slip and fall and broke my leg.... next year... plastic bubble. Resting and taking it easy...

Many thanks to all the people that volunteered on Saturday and crazy wild west Sunday. Alan, Frank, Jan & Willie, Vera & Glenn, Jim, Kelly, Meredith, and of course Barbara & Robert. The help the volunteers contribute towards these beautiful critters is just a beautiful thing and I am so grateful to get to work with so dedicated and wonderful people. Thank you for volunteering and getting on the schedule. One more day to go.

I learn a great deal from you every time I volunteer. You can always be counted on to set an example to do the right thing. I truely appreciate your mentoring and the way you deal with sensitive situations in such an exemplary manner. You always provide your unbiased professional opinion in a tactful, timely manner.
