09/09/2020 Wednesday Lesley's Ka'ena Update

 

It was another long day monitoring the NARS, got there at 7:00AM and left at 2:00PM so I was also able to monitor some of the seals.

RL74 Kami overnighted again at Back Beach, on the next check she had swam around and hauled out on Main Beach. On my afternoon check she was still there.

RO40 Ka'ena did a swim by the Main Pool and later hauled out in his pool where he remained till my last check

R330 Squinty entered the Main Pool swam around and settled near the reef that was covered by the tide. Later he was hauled out on the beach near RL74 Kami.

On my drive out I spotted RL98 Lina at 10Mins Beach she had overnighted in a nice little nook

At Lyman's RW02 PVKauai was just hauling out. He still has the little hook on the side of his mouth left side

Further down towards Luana's Cove RG28 Lefty was hauled out. He has been here for a week , very smelly but still no molt visible.
