NOAA Fisheries begins routine vaccinations of Hawaiian monk seals on Oahu: HONOLULU -- NOAA Fisheries has begun routine vaccinations of wild Hawaiian Monk seals on Oahu.  The vaccine is to prevent the spread of the deadly disease known as Morbillivirus.
