At 1230 Melanie Chun called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at China Walls. Thank you Melanie !
At 1051 Team Billand reported RIP (RR70)&Kekoa(RK72) together at Maili Point. At 1315 both were gone. At 1430 they observed 3 foraging animals off shore of Maili Point. 2 took off but Kekoa came back briefly at 1551, to the Maili Point rocks, but immediately departed.
Marilyn&Swiss posse members Claus&Annette along with special guest trekker Colleen Heyer all trudged to the End of the World for the Saturday check. They found Luana(RN58) at Hidden Beach, Ka’ena (RO40) at Ka’ena’s Pool, and Kimo Kai (RT12) at the Main Pool . They also made a new find. RN34, a Molokai juvenile male made a brief appearance, quickly departing. This is his first documented sighting on Oahu.
