When I returned at 0830 the cast had grown. I found Kainoa (RN04) at the log, 40 ft left of 1BS, and Kimo Kai (RT12), 60 ft left of 2BS. Kimo Kai would later move to join Kainoa.
At 1515 Dana called with the report of an animal at Sandy Beach. When I arrived at 1600 I found Right Spot (R016) at the east end. Some of her recently acquired shark bite wounds were visible on her chest, and appear to have healed nicely. Because of lack of movement, and late afternoon sun, angles were limited.
You GOT to be kidding me... the call couldn't come in at noon when I was there Nooooooooooo.... of course not!
At 0907 Team Billand reported two foraging animals off shore of Maili Point. At 1112 Kekoa (RN04) would haul out, followed by RIP (RR70) at 1407.
At 1515 Lesley checked in with the report of RW02 at Camp Erdman.

Does DB have a new lens on his camera? The RI shots today are so very clear. I see detail in the first one in the series that I have not noticed before. Very nice!
Poor Right Spot. What a mess of marks on her. So glad that she got away from whatever attacked her and is healing. Thanks to all those who helped take care of her. Hooray for antibiotics!
