Gayle made the first find of the day in the SE quadrant, reporting Kaiwi (RK96) at Spitting Cave.

On my 2nd look at Rabbit Island I finally found Kainoa (RN04) on a pan at 0955 at the left end of RI. He snoozed away the rest of the day, at that location.

Gayle checked in again at 1242 with reports of Kaiwi, now at Buster Flats, and Aukai (RL12) having been at Lanai Lookout, but being washed off the rocks at 1155. Kimo reported her being washed off the rocks at 1626.

At 0759 Team Billand reported Buster (RV08) at Wind Sock.

At 1230 Dera called to advise that Jeannie Martinson had reported Right Spot (R016) at Right Spot's Spot, Turtle Bay.

Team Billand called at 1243 with new of Haupu (RB24) and Kermit (R012) together at Palm Grove, Campbell Industrial Park.

At 1313 they called again with the report of M&M (R020) at Feedlot, CIP. She had not been seen since 5-1-13.

Evening email from my pal Karen Harris came as a surprise. I'm stoked that she is town for a bit, and even more stoked that she did her Ka'ena Point trek today. She found Ka'ena (RO40) at Ka'ena's Pool, at the end of the world. Thank you Karen ! You are missed.
