I spoke with one of my friends who was surfing at North Beach at MCBH this Saturday and Sunday... Apparently there was a large seal with tags on the beach both days. There were no real obvious sign of markings.... there were signs posted.
ANY ONE ON BASE HAVE ANY INFO?
