At 0708 I found what would prove to be Kolohe (RW22) ,
40 ft left of 1BS on Rabbit Island. At 0710 what turned out to be Buster (RV08)
just hauling out 80 ft right of 3BS.
At 0915 Nani (RK60) hauled out to 1BS on RI. Kolohe
moved down to the water line to join her. Nani would move up to the cliff, left
of 1BS, and Kolohe would enter the water and spend most of the day to the right
of Seal Rock Inlet. He would move back to join Nani at 1347.
At 1321 an U/U hauled out 80 ft right of 3BS, passing
close to Buster's location. I was never able to get an ID on the animal. Maybe
tomorrow ???
The Elves checked Kaiwi Kove several times during the
day, and Kaiwi was nowhere to be found. On my 1602 check of Kaiwi Kove, I found
Kaiwi (RK96) just swimming into the cove. By 1610 she had galumphed to her
Naupaka bush. It seemed logical to assume that she would probably overnight, but
lo and behold at 1827 she awoke from her snooze and galumphed to the water and
departed .
At 0922 the Billands reported Irma (R010) at Iroquois
Point.
Mrs. Whisperer did the Ka'ena Point trek today, and
found Ka'ena (RO40), Kerby (RW08), and 761 at the end of the world.
At 1310 Team Billand reported RO28 at Electric
Beach.
At 1458 Vera Cober reported M&M (R020) at Ewa
Beach.
The Billands called at 1600 to report that Clay had
reported Rocky (RH58) at Iroquois Point.
