On my first look at Rabbit Island at 0652 I found what would prove to be Sadie (RB12) up in the grass behind Seal Rock Inlet. She would later move down, allowing the ID.

At 0735 posse member Suzanne Hammer called with the report of an animal at Kaiona Beach Park, in Waimanalo. Gayle and I had been bird watching at Kaupo Beach Park so we were there in minutes. I found KC snoozin' on the beach, near a homeless, derelict encampment. I got her cordoned off and rechecked her through the day.

One of the Kove posse called at 0834 to advise that Kaiwi (RK96) was just hauling out. Zeeny called at 0835 to report that Kaiwi was in her Naupaka bush. We had noticed that she had a new ding on her head yesterday. Today I found a fresh wound on her chest. There goes the perfect body !

I got back to my Rabbit Island check at 1000. Sadie had moved down , and at 1006, Duke (RA12) hauled out to join her.

At 1100 Kolohe (RW22) hauled out to join the other two. Kolohe and Duke did all of the interaction, leaving Sadie alone.

On a pan at 1109 I found Nani (RK60), 60 ft left of 1BS on RI. She had no doubt been hiding behind the dunes all along, and out of my line of sight until she started moving down.

Team Billand checked in at 0937 to report RB00 & Pohaku (RO28) once again together at Electric Beach.

At 0944 they found Benny (RE74) at Tracks.

At 1532 the Billands reported Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point. They also advised that RB00 was no longer at Electric Beach, and that Benny had departed Tracks. DB - there wasn't any photos of Kerby... However you sent pictures of RIP... but he's not mentioned here. I'm soooo confused.  lol.

At 1551 Team Billand reported that Benny had hauled out 60 ft away from Kerby at Maili Point.

Dana called at 1143 to report R5AY at Malaekahana.

At 1452 advised of an RO40 (Ka'ena) sighting at Ka'ena Point.
