8/31/2010 DB Dailies

On my first look at Rabbit Island I found M&M at the left end , and Ewa Girl at the right end. EG's D#5 molt is 25%.

When I got back to Makai Pier I found that Buster, Kolohe and Duke had joined the cast, all at the left end. Buster and Kolohe were near M&M, Duke was 50 ft right of the group. All remained there all day.

Team Billand had a busy little day. At 0845 they found Makaiwi at Campbell Industrial Park.

At 1005 they reported that they were responding to a Dera call about a "dead seal" at Maili, and another animal at Makaha. The Makaha animal would prove to be RI37.

The Maili animal proved to be a very much alive, Kermit, however they did observed a new right side neck wound on Kermit that had not been there yesterday. It looks deep, but as we've learned, all these animals have amazing recuperative powers, not the least of which is Kermie.
