As you will read and see in the next couple of post, our Oahu regular cast of characters have come home and spending much of their time in the southwest quadrant..... We will desperately need volunteers to help out this weekend with the beach crowds, at White Plains, and surrounding beaches.
Just think of it this way... there are people like DB, Team Billand, and all the dedicated volunteers sitting with little Ua'Malie for the last 8 weeks.
They can't be all places at all times.... So give up a couple of hours this weekend and help protect our beloved seals.... I assure you will see some amazing animals.

Oh Baby, just one more day to go...lets hope the seals stay away from White Plains, so far so good. But, Irma and Benny left Koolina....OH, OH!!!!! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Let us all PRAY...we need them. For Two days Plains was NUTS with people. Ok, let me take a breath...calm down, it will be ok. My legs, my eyes, and my fingers are alllll crossed, that no Seals SHow up at Plains on a Holiday. Do you hear me Miss IRMA????? YOU TOO BENNY...and as for Kermit??? Who knows where he is?????
My prayers were answered. Benny and Kermit didnt land at White Plains today, they went to Nimitz area. Yippeeeee! People there were very behaved and left the seals alone.And Miss Rocky showed up later in the day and hauled out left of Benny and Irma, I am so very grateful, we had good people this Labor Day!!!!
Life is good. Seals are happy. Awesome. Oh, thanks to Kathy Brown and Allan R. for sitting with the seals too.
