Their first seal of the day for them was RIP RR70 who had just come up on right lower rocks at a westside beach. He remained there all day. Soon to be joined by three other seals.
One of the seals was foraging off shore and came up to the lower rocks. Seal number two hauled out and immediately stop to rest, they were able to ID RN14 Kalani. He started snorting to get RIPs attention. RIP whooped back, which in turn Kalani got the message. ( You stay over there, this is my spot).
Lei Ola layed low on the high rocks quietly cuddled in the rocks. She one smart chickie.
Team Billand went back in the afternoon and then there was one more critter on the lower rocks. Seal number four was none other than RH32 Ka'ale looking fat, nice white belly and one tag showing.
The boys Ka'ale, Rip and Kalani were altogether mid lower rocks. Lei Ola well she was off on her own in her own little secret spot away from da boyz.
