5/28/2016 DB's Dailies:Sadie&Pup@Rabbit Island, Buster@Hanauma Bay, Cass@Spitting Cave, RL42&RIP@Makua Cliffs, Pohaku@CIP, Ka'ena@Ka'ena Point

At 0700 I found Sadie&Pup(D#31) doing a feed at the left end of the beach on Rabbit Island. They would do an additional swim and 2 feeds during the observation period. They were the only non-winged RI residents today.

 Gayle called at 1019 with the report of the little green girl, Cass (RG06) at Spitting Cave.

 Hanauma Bay posse member Ethel, called at 1022 with the report of an animal on the left side rock flats at Hanauma Bay. When I arrived at 1053 I found Buster (RV08) at his usual spot, 300 ft beyond the fence on the left side rock flats at HB. It was his mom’s(Ewa Girl) favorite hang out and now Buster owns the spot. I miss Ewa Girl.... she certainly made a great contribution to the species.

Missus Whisperer (Marilyn) checked in from the End of the World, Ka’ena Point, at 0922. She and Lesley had found Ka’ena (RO40) east of Ka’ena’s Pool. He would prove to be their only find.

 Team Billand checked in at 0940 with the report of RIP (RR70) & RL42 together at Makua Cliffs. 

Team Billand found an animal foraging off CIP, at 1454. At 1605 they confirmed Pohaku (R028) doing 5 minute dives.
