On a pan at 1113 a new arrival to the left end rock flats would prove to be Kainoa (RN04). He too would remain the rest of the day.
A DigaTxt at 0900 advised that Carola had reported Nihoa (R912) at Right Spot’s Spot & Holokai at the Keiki Pool, Turtle Bay.
At 1233 another DigaTxt advised that La’akea (RK82) had been reported west of the Turtle Bay Resort. Hoping for photos.
At 1003 Team Billand reported RIP (RR70) at Maili Point.
In the Yesterday’s News department there are a couple of items to clear up. Firstly, the Unknown animal that had been with Right Spot at Diamond Head on Saturday, has been confirmed. Both Diane Pike and Val Bloy had called it as RW20, a 7 yr old male from Molokai. As the world’s foremost authorities on Molokai critters, I valued that info. Today Tracy also confirmed the RW20 ID.
Yesterday’s shots of an animal at Moku Nui appeared to be Right Spot (R016), based on her notched right hind flipper. Tracy concurred with that ID.
