At 0823 I found Kainoa (RN04) just moving up into the Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS on Rabbit Island. He would later relocate to the water front rocks near Seal Rock Inlet. He was the only RI resident today.

 At 1013 I found Kea (RN46) snoozin’ on the outfall at the east end of Sandy Beach. He has remained the rest of the day. Posse member Jeff called at 1735 to advise that Kea departed.

Gayle & I picked up the stuff and called it a day at 1800. Gayle called at 1203 advising of Kolohe (RW22) on the Lanai Lookout Flats. I was moments away so I stopped in to say Hi to him. Thank you Gayle.

 At 0826 Team Billand reported Pohaku (RO28) at Paradise Cove. Pohaku departed at 1639 per Terri.
They found RL42 at Makua Cliffs at 1428.

 At 1140 Lesley called to advise that RW02 had apparently over nighted between the Lyman Mansion & Camp Erdman. She reported that he was still there as of 1632.

 Tammy T & hubby David did the Ka’ena Point trek from the north side today. They too found RW02 at the same location. On their way in they found a molting BG (R303) at 10 Minute Beach, and Luana (RN58) at Hidden Beach. At the point the found RIP (RR70).

 Gina Walker asked for help this morning, to ID an animal. Her excellent shots show a definite Hawaiian Monk Seal (it’s the shirt). The tag was not quite readable. It appears to be an a kinda’/sorta’ adult female !
