At 0700 I found M38 and Kaiwi (RK96) snoozin' together up in the grass, 90 ft right of 3BS on Rabbit Island.
On a pan at 0907 I found that Kekoa had magically appeared from somewhere and was high on the beach, just right of 3BS, galumping toward M38 & Kaiwi. When he finally arrived M38 didn't pay him much mind, and Kekoa moved to Kaiwi. There was only minimal interaction. All three would galumph down at 0930 with M38 in the lead. Kekoa at that point seem more intent with hangin' out with M38, but again M38 paid him little attention. By the by, M38 is 100% molted.
At 0947 Kekoa entered the water, and hung out in the shallows for a bit before moving off. He would haul out to Right Greenery on RI, at 1009 where he spent the remainder of the day.
On a pan at 0955 I lucked out and found Aukai (RL12) wrapped in her favorite gnarly tree branch, driftwood, to the right of Seal Rock Inlet. She would remain there all day.
A call from the Billands at 0815 brought news from Clay Gates that T21M was again at Iroquois Point.
At 0853 the Billands reported Irma (R010) at Wind Sock
At 1111 they found Kermit (R012) fronting #1708, White Plains.
At 1305 Team Billand reported Pohaku (RO28) at Guard Rails Beach.
They found Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point at 1448.
The highlight of the day came with a call from Colleen at 1655. She advised that she was at San Souci Beach in Waikiki with Rocky (RH58) annnnnnnnnnnnnd........ Buster (RV08) !!!! The boy is most definitely on the hunt, and mileage is not a limitation.
Late afternoon email from Dera brought photos from William Quinlan documenting Right Spot (R016) at Vland today.
