12-12-12 DB's Dailies

At 0654 I found M38 and Kaiwi (RK96) once again snoozin' together up the grass behind Seal Rock Inlet on Rabbit Island. They would do the usual mid day move down to cool off, and remained there the rest of the day.

When I got back to Makai Pier at 1047 I found Kolohe (RW22) up in the Morning Glory fronting 1BS at the left end of Rabbit Island. He would remain there all day.

Team Billand checked in at 0659 with the report of M&M (R020) fronting #1708 at White Plains.

Dera called at 0800 to advise that Tatiana had found R5AY at Hauula. NOAA personnel responded and there was initial talk of returning her to the Aquarium, however it was decided not to do that. 

Lesley called at 1417 to advise that R5AY had just entered the water.

Ocean Safety called at 1000 with the report of an animal at Makaha. Dana advised that Debbie was responding. The Billands called at 1135 having spoken with Debbie and confirmed that it was 2AW.

Diane Pike called from Molokai at 1250 with word that she was in the company of Duke (RA12) over there. She made the ID by his new N18 bleach.

The Billands will be getting home late tonight so look for the shots on the blog in the morning.

Team Billand found Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point.

The Billands found Ewa Girl (RS00) & Kermit (R012) together at Wind Sock, at 1529.

At 1600 the Billands reported Irma (R010) at 187A, Ewa Beach.
