12-29-2012 DB's Dailies: Kaiwi,Aukai,Buster,Kolohe,Mojo,M38&RIP@RI, R5AY@Laie, KC@MCBH, Rocky@KK, RK36@KP

At 0708 I found Kaiwi (RK96) high up in the grass, 70 ft left of 3BS on Rabbit Island. She would move down and enter the water for a play session with M38 at 0833.

At 0714 I found Aukai (RL12) high on the beach in a spot I've never seen an animal before, at Rocky Right Beach. She too would later move down, and I lost her behind the water front rocks.

At 0918 M38 and Kaiwi hauled out to the left end rock flats, where they remained for the rest of the day.

At 0955 Kolohe (RW22) and Buster (RV08) hauled out together to the water front rocks , right of Seal Rock Inlet. They would remain there the rest of the day.

Mojo (RI17) hauled out to the water front rocks, 40 ft left of Seal Rock Inlet.

At 1152 RIP (RR70) hauled out to 1BS on RI. He too would remain the rest of the day. His last RI visit was 6-23-12. He has been MIA from KP since 12-16-12.

There were two separate RI DOCARE incidents today, with a total of 4 people on the island at one time. All were met and dealt with by Officer Woody.

Team Billand called at 0727 with the report of Makaiwi (R4DF) at the base of the steps to LG Tower #1 at White Plains. She would depart a 1533.

Also at 0727 they advised that Kermit (R012) had overnighted fronting #1707, WP.

Cianna called at 0756 to advise that R5AY had overnighted at Bath Tub Beach in Laie.

At 1023 Cianna called again with the report of 2 animals at would turn out to be Wind Sock. When the Billands arrived they found only Irma (R010). She would depart at 1550.

At 1030 the Billands reported Benny (RE74) just hauling out to join Kermit within the existing perimeter at WP.

At 1056 Cianna called again at 1056 with the report of an animal at MCBH. She and Karen Bryan responded and at 1432 Cianna called to confirm the KC (RK28) ID.

Team Billand found Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point at 1510.

At 1529 they found 2AW at Tracks.

Posse member Linda called at 1640 with the report of Rocky (RH58) at the Kokee Flats.

Marilyn, Lesley & Team did the Ka'ena Point trek today. They found only RK36 at the end of the world today. He is lookin' a bit "pre-molty.
