At 0714 I found Kaiwi (RL96) & RM38 together up in the grass behind Seal Rock Inlet on Rabbit Island. They would move down mid morning to cool off, and remained there the rest of the day.
On a pan at 1026 I found Kolohe (RW22) out on the rock flats at the left end of RI. He would remain there all day.
Vera Cober checked in at 0840 with the report of Rocky (RH58) at Iroquois Point.
At 1020 they found Kermit (R012) fronting Tower#12 at White Plains.
A 1337 conversation with Dera brought news of an U/U having been seen in the Pounders area this morning, but no ID was given. The latest R5AY map showed her to be in that general area.
Awaiting further word.
Also on the 1337 call, Dera reported getting calls from Ocean Safety reporting a swimming U/U in the Queen's Beach area in Waikiki. The animal was last seen headed in a Kaimana direction. Awaiting further word. I've got a cat on Buster.
Dana called to advise that Judy & Paul Nelson responded to a Mokuleia animal. At 1615 they would confirm R912, across from Dillingham Air Field.
Kimo Smith did the KP trek today and found Noa (R6FI, RK36, and Benny (RE74) at the end of the world.
