At 0717 I found M38 left of 2BS, Kaiwi (RK96) in the grass behind Seal Rock Inlet, and Aukai (RL12) to the right of Seal Rock Inlet. All would remain all day.

I had to deal with a DOCARE incident at RI, from 0924 until 1300. A guy swam out to RI, landing at 0940, and explored the island up to the top of the rabbit's head. I then lost sight of him as he descended the far side, at 1016. At 1133 I found him rounding the left end of the island on the rock flats. He was a bloody mess. He laid down at 1BS . I had notified DOCARE on his landing. There happened to be a C/C lifeguard jet ski in the area so I called Lifeguard dispatch, and the jet ski picked the guy up and brought him to the pier. He had apparently fallen on the far side of the island and had numerous lacerations. The Life Guards patched him up and then the two DOCARE officers took over and the idiot's day got even worse....Busted !!!!!

At 1257 Gayle called with the report of Rocky (RH58) once again on the Kokee Flats. She was basically at yesterday's location. A fisherman posse person also told Gayle that not only was she there yesterday, but was also there on Wednesday.

Team Billand had yet another busy Billand day. They reported Pohaku (RO28) once again at Secret Beach, KoOlina. She departed at 1803.

At 0919 the Billands reported Ewa Girl (RS00) at Wind Sock.

At 1012 they found Makaiwi (R4DF) at Kalaeloa Campgrounds.

Last but definitely not least, they found Benny (RE74, 75% molted at Makaha.

Marilyn & Lesley, et.al. did the Ka'ena Point trek today instead of tomorrow. They found RL42 right at the trail head on the Waianae side. At the point they found Noa (R6FI) high on the back beach side, and Ka'ena (RO40) swimming in to the main pool on the front beach. They also found R912 at the Runway, right of the main pool.

Dera called to advise that she was with R5AY at Temple Beach, Laie. She was snoozin' on the beach. She was in no distress and appears no worse, and perhaps a bit better than previous sightings.
