6-21-2012 DB's Dailies:

The first order of business was an early morning check of Makapuu at 0530 to see if KC had overnighted. Thankfully, she was gone.

At 0619 I found M&M (R020)&Pup (D#9) at Rocky Right Beach, Rabbit Island. They were doing the first of 3 observed feeds. They remained all day, moving up and down with the tides.

At 0720 I found Kaiwi (RK96) doing 6 minute dives near the ladder at Spitting Cave.

At 1203 Gayle called to report that Kaiwi was now at Lanai Lookout, snoozin' in her cave.

At 1203 I returned to Spitting Cave, and found Kolohe (RW22) doing 12 to 14 minute dives.

Back at Makai Pier at 1419 I found Nani (RK60) on the left end of the beach.

Colleen called at 0834 with the report of an animal at the showers at Diamond Head. At 0926 she confirmed the Irma (R010) ID.

Lesley called at 1210 with the report of Right Spot (R016) at Sunset Beach, on the North Shore.
