6-5-2012 DB Dailies: Buster@RI, Kerby@Maili Pt, Mojo&Duke@Molokai

On my 2nd look at Rabbit Island, at 0929, I found Buster (RV08) at the left end. He would enter the water at 0945 but was back on the beach when I returned to the 3rd check at 1218. He was the one and only SE quadrant find today.

Molokai Di (Diane Pike) called at 1104 with word that she was in the company of my sons, Mojo (RI17), and Duke (RA12). She advised that Duke has rid himself of his cell tag. The epoxy patch remains, for ID purposes.

 

At 1151 Dana called to advise that multiple calls had been received about a seal swimming in the Queens area of Waikiki, but no haul outs have been reported. I'll put a cat n' a half on Irma, but ????

Team Billand checked in at 1402 with the report of Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point. The rising high tide moved him off his rocks at 1432.
