6-16-2012 DB's Dailies:

On my first look at Rabbit Island at 0619 I found M&M (R020) and pup (D#4), once again at Rocky Right Beach. They would move up and down with the tide, and remained there all day.

At 0658 I found Kaiwi (RK96) doing 6 minute dives at Spitting Cave. Posse member Kathy would report Kaiwi's departure at 1050.

At 0808 , from Makai Pier , I found Kolohe (RW22) and Noa (R6FI), once again together , on the water front rocks, right of Seal Rock Inlet, on RI. They would remain there all day.

At 0900 Sadie (RB12) came out from behind her hiding place behind the dune and Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS, on RI. She would move down to the Waimanalo side of Left Point Beach, where she remained the rest of the day. Her D#6 molt is 100%.

Posse member Gayle called at 1230 with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) snoozin' in her cave at Lanai Lookout.

 

Missus Whisperer did the usual Saturday Ka'ena Point trek, and found RIP (RR70), little brother Ka'ena (RO40), and Kerby (RW08) at the end of the world.

Team Billand called late in the day with the report of a rare "skunked " day.
