Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:33 to 2:17 pm and there were five seals seen during that time.
Higher on LPB than previous days was MO3 and her pup PO3, due to the high tide. There was a lot of sleeping going on and not much other activity. Bot mom and pup seem fine.
Again down from the 3BS were RF34 Pua and her pup PO4. PO4 managed to wander around mom several times. Not long before Marilyn left, PO4 was nursing. Both mom and pup seem to be doing well.
Near the SRI surge channel was an Adult Male: adult size, sandy darker gray male belly, at least one redtag and scar on the right rear side. Marilyn doesn't think this is RK24 because the ventral was darker than RK24s and she saw no evidence of a lower lip scar. She believes it is the same Adult Male that visited both moms yesterday.
Team R&B's first find today was not a seal but the whales. They had spotted the boats far out and so they watched. Sure enough the whales were near by.
At another west side location they spotted a fat female. It was Miss Kala RH76 resting alone on the rocks.
Then there were the dolphins. Quite a few of them, doing what they do best. They always look like they're having so much fun.
After spending the day searching and coming up empty, they made one last stop at cliffs. They saw a seal resting on the rocks. They couldn't see any tags and the seal pretty much stayed in one position. After awhile they determined it was RP30 Puka.
