March 18, 2024 Monday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕 and Marilyn!

They started their day at the bay and found the lovely Miss Kala RH76.  She was already hauled out to her latest resting spot. 

Then they stopped at Makaha and found the lovely Miss RL42 Leia.  She was alone on shore with the waves just reaching up to her. She was resting comfortably and looking quite chubby.

Next they spotted a seal onshore that they didn't recognize from afar.

So they headed over and when they arrived there was a homeless man with his dog that was leashed. Not too far away was a seal, that  they ID'd as Nalu R3CX.  Once they ID'd him they walked passed the man and his dog, Initially the dog seemed calm, but then started growling, for some reason the guy thought this was funny.  Guess we should be grateful the dog was leashed.

Team R&B called the hotline and headed out to their next stop.

On their last stop they found Kekoa Alii RK72 back to his old spot. He was alone and resting.

They also got to watch the dolphins and whales. What made it especially cool was a man playing his saxophone.  

Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:15 to 1:55 and there were two seals on island during that time.

Near the LPB surge channel was an Adult Female: adult size, light tannish yellow female belly and at least one tag.

Near the 2BS was a Juvenile Female: juvenile size, light tannish gray female belly and at least one tag.
