05/12/2020 Tuesday Lesley's Ka'ena Update

Haven't sent a report for a couple of days but I have been out and busy

Today's monitoring started with RL42 Leia & PO4 D20 - pup is getting plump. M&P have had many visitors these past few days 2 legged ones, 4 legged ones and a few flippered ones.

Got to see several other seals today

RW02 PVKauai at Hidden beach and hours later still there. 

At the point RN04 Kainoa was on the Runway

RL74 Kami was on the outer reefs nicely tucked in

On my way back after checking M&P I saw a seal down the beach towards Lyman's. What a surprise it was to find RG22 (RK22's pup & KP2's younger brother) as I was documenting him a bark came from the waves Mr RO40 Ka'ena came charging up the beach. They were some words . RG22 rolled himself down to the waterline and into the water followed by Ka'ena. RG22 split and Ka'ena made is way down the beach. I followed him till he made it to visit M&P. He barked Leia looked up and that was it they settle for the late afternoon.
