Gayle called at 1200, advising that Kolohe (RW22) was at Crappy Cove, Sandy Beach. When I arrived at 1213 I confirmed the Kolohe ID. We cordoned him off, but just as we were about to finish, he got back in the water. He swam approximately 20 ft west and began to haul out again. As we were relocating the cordon he again reentered the water, swimming approximately 100 ft west. As we were hurriedly getting the equipment together, he did a quickly haul out approximately where he had been yesterday. But as we began to move, he turned and went back in the water. We lost him in the white water. I did multiple checks from the cove to Blowhole through the afternoon, but have not seen him again.
A DigaTxt at 1200 advised that she had found Ua Malie (RT10) at the Keiki Pool, Ola Loa (RG11) at Elbow Beach, and Holokai (RG40), 50 ft east of the zone. Thank you Diane !
