3/23/2015 DB's Dailies: Kainoa@RI, Kea@BH, Nihoa@Maipalaoa, R5AY,PO1&La'akea@TB, Pohaku@Makaha, Rocky@Nimitz Cove

At 0723 I found Kainoa (RN04), in the Morning Glory, 80 ft right of 3BS on Rabbit Island. He was sharing the greenery with his new, noisy neighbors, who weren’t all that happy with the arrangement. He would move down to a quieter location. He would be the only non winged resident of RI today. 

At 1355 on my umpteenth check of Blowhole, I found Kea snoozin’ away the afternoon. He had not been there on my 1300 check.

 At 0926 Team Billand checked in with the report of Nihoa (R912), snoozin’ on the banks of the Maipalaoa Canal.

 Dana called at 0945 to advise that “N31", La’akea (RK82) was in the zone with R5AY&PO1.

 At 1229 the Billands reported Pohaku (RO28) at the Hawaiian Princess Condos, Makaha.

 At 1340 they got a call from surfer posse member George, that an animal with an “N” on it was at Nimitz Cove. The Billands would confirm the Rocky (RH58), and her N11 bleach.

 In the Yesterday’s News department, posse member Rikki Goble sent shots of her TB adventures yesterday with R5AY&PO1, and a special guest appearance of La’akea at the Turtle Bay Hotel beach.

 Another addition to Y/N just came in. New posse member Vicki Hangai emailed word of her find of RL42 & an U/U just Ka’ena Pt side of Yokes yesterday. Thanks Vicki.......Ya’ Done Good!!
